I am thrilled to be joining hubby, Mark Cameron, on stage at his upcoming workshop, Anatomy of a Book Tour.
In this 90-minute BC Federation of Writers workshop, Mark and I will share stories about the 39-day BC book tour that we undertook this summer (2016) with our two children in a 19-foot camper van. The workshop will offer tips on how to set up your own book tour, including event bookings, media and promotion, increasing your audience and how to engage with them, what worked and what didn’t, and why it is still a good idea to do a book tour.
Anatomy of a Book Tour will be held at the Gibsons Public Library on Saturday, September 17 from 1pm to 3pm. Admission is free. Register with the library because space is limited. Tell your author friends!
We’ll see you there!
